Notes:March 1999 – Tim Hills: A tree of two fragments. In the first photo of 1999 the upright fragment was a considerable size, but a large portion has since been lost and lies on the ground (photo 9). What remains of this fragment is growing vigorously (photos 3 and 4). The leaning fragment fell a long time ago into the branches of its neighbouring yew (photo 8).
