Notes:

January 2001 – Tim Hills: A particularly fine fluted yew, with an elongated bole. Girth 17′ 11” (546cm) above the root bulge and 18′ 5” (561cm) at 5′.
March 2012 – Peter Norton: A girth of 18′ 2” (554cm) was recorded at about 3′ (the height where several nails have been hammered into the trunk), and 18′ 4” (559cm) at about 4′. The height measured was recorded from the top of the soil nearest the porch. Iron banding, high in the canopy, holds the two main leaders in place.
November 2018 Tim Hills: The following girths were recorded -18′ 5” (561cm) at 3′; 18′ 8” (569cm) at 4′; 18′ 11½” (578cm) at 5′.
