Notes:

Towards the bottom of the descent grows the first of two larger yew. It has a break of crown around 3’/4′ from which seven branches emerge, one of which arcs over the footpath. From this three minor branches are trying to take root. The minimum girth at the clearly defined root crown was 13′ 7” (414cm).
Grid reference is SU7024193256 and the tree has been recorded for the Ancient Tree Hunt as ATH 8580.
