Notes:

December 2000 – Tim Hills: New growth surrounds portions of the old trunk. A section may become detached. Girth of 25′ 1” (765cm) recorded at ground level, though higher on bole where ground slopes away.
January 2003 – Russell Cleaver: Multi-stemmed, hollow core. South on road verge beside All Hallows church, crudely trenched at base. Ivy covered stem. Girth 7.80 at 1.1m (25′ 7”).
April 2008 – Tim Hills: Removal of ivy has revealed what a fine tree this is.
