Notes:2010 – Tim Hills: The male yew grows on the north side of the church. Parish council notes had specified that ‘ivy stems on a large yew tree’ were to be removed. A splendid job has been done and the yew had a fine shape. Girth of its elongated bole was 12′ (366cm) at 1′.
c2012 – Peter Norton: Girths of 12′ 2” (371cm) at 1′ and 13’ 6” (411cm) at 3′. Above this height it swell outwards into many fine branches.
