Notes:

No fewer than 18 yews grow here. It is thought that monks planted the larger (older) yews, of which there are three, and the size of the yews seems to equate to the time the church was built (1533). The remainder are Victorian plantings. The monks lived nearby, and one of the buildings is still there.
The three largest trees measure 3 metres girth at ground level. Two are to the west of the church (one male and one female), and one to the east, a male. The branch spreads of all three are 15 metres and approximately 14 metres high.
